Our Mission

Physical Fitness is a simple word with a complex meaning made up of 5 categories muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio endurance, flexibility, and body composition.  While an individual may be strong in one area there can be weakness in another, at Fortress Fitness we seek out those weakness’ and turn them into strengths creating a well sculpted individual. To achieve this, the body must be taken through resistance exercises that put stress on the muscles. By maintaining an optimal heart rate and utilizing the proper amount of resistance the body will begin to lose fat stores, increase performance, and increase lean muscle mass.  The workout programs designed at Fortress Fitness will give individuals the push and education needed for maximum results. Our philosophy is there is no true perfection there is always a way to improve our body and our athletic abilities, we want individuals to learn that physical fitness is something to be maintained and enjoyed throughout a lifetime. By teaching new ,fun, and safe challenging methods of exercise Fortress Fitness will guide individuals toward their goals and onward to a well-balanced healthy lifestyle.
